Our website offers the possibility to use the offered information also in another language. For this, we use Google Translate (operated by Google Inc. located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View CA 94043 USA). For data protection reasons, Google Translate is deactivated by default. Only when you select a language is Google Translate activated. Besides your IP address, the URL of the visited page is also transmitted to Google. Eye-Able®

Eye-Able® is software from Web Inclusion GmbH to ensure barrier-reduced access to information on the internet for everyone. The necessary files such as JavaScript, stylesheets, and images must be loaded from an external server. Only for these purposes does Eye-Able® use services from IONOS (provider: 1&1 IONOS SE Elgendorfer Str. 57 56410 Montabaur Germany). To defend against attacks and provide our service in near real-time, Eye-Able® uses the BunnyWay d.o.o. Content Delivery Network (CDN) (Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A 1215 Medvode Slovenia). The use is for fulfilling the contract with our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a safe, fast, and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). All transmitted data and servers remain within the EU at all times to enable data protection-compliant processing according to the GDPR. Web Inclusion GmbH does not capture or analyze user behavior or other personal data at any time. To ensure data protection-compliant processing, Web Inclusion GmbH has concluded a processing contract with our hoster IONOS.

VIII. Contact and Email Contact

A) Contact via the Contact Button A contact button is available on our website, which can be used to get in touch with a contact person at BOtechnologies by email. Additionally, telephone numbers and email addresses are listed under the Contact section.

If a user uses the possibility of contact via the contact button initiated email, the data entered in the email are transmitted to our project partner Bochum Wirtschaftsentwicklung.

Such voluntarily transmitted personal data are stored for processing or contacting the user. These personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

The legal basis for processing the data transmitted in the course of sending an email is § 3 DSG NRW in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR. In the case of contact via email, telephone, or fax, there is also a legitimate interest in processing the data. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for achieving the purpose of their collection. For the personal data sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user is ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been conclusively clarified. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.
